=> From RS.com: IMPORTANT SHOW INFO! "Could we please remind you that if you are coming to any of The Rolling Stones gigs please try not to bring bags.

Fond memories from Dublin:
=> OMG - Here we have Keith singing "The Worst" from last nights gig - if you ever want to get as close to the band as possible - this is your chance:
=> What a show it was - even from here without actually being there! Ok - to be honest, I had expected them to play some more new songs after all they had played during the rehearsals. In Hamburg 2017, for instance, they played 22 songs (see stonesnews for the setlist, right down the page); so I thought, they'ld do something similar in Dublin. But we got Neighbours and Wild Horses and we will hear more of these gems as the tour continues.
Then, we got some reviews:

=> TODAY is the day we've been waiting for! Yes: the show has just ended. Way over 70, these lads did put on a great show! We will see and hear the comments later. 19 songs in a good 2 hours - well done! This band is really amazing!

- Lots of fun you lucky folks up there at Croke Park tonight! The Stones will play a slightly extended setlist tonight in order to try things out at tourstart. So we can expect a nice setlist today - perhaps more than 20 songs... let's see what happens ... more coming up soon, and let's hope for some nice streaming via Periscope or Facebook for those of us who can't be there! I'll keep you posted!

=> After a long time we again have the pleasure of a new "From The Vault" release! This time, it's the San Jose gig from 1999! See the setlist below; release date will be July 13th, 2018 -more details at stonesfromthevault.com
=> Only 4 days before the opening night! Another pic from rehearsals (Instagram) and 2 videos: Rehearsal I, Rehearsal II
=> We finally have a very nice report from the rehearsals! (thx byebye johhny, christiano from IORR) According to James Hall's report in the Telegraph, the band has started rehearsals and already played songs like Wild Horses, Sympathy for the Devil, Under My Thumb, Angie, Street Fighting Man and Shine a Light!
=> On may 07, Mick tweeted a pic of him at the banks of the river Themse in London! He's in good spirits, it seems. As is Ronnie - he tweeted a 5-seconds-video showing him looking out of a car-window and saying "Off to re-hear-saaaals ..." - so that seems to be running fine, too. Tour-start comes NEARER!!! :-)
=>Rehearsal time! - Posted on twitter/facebook April 30 - this is how it looks... Twitter
[keep refreshing the page regularly to get the latest ...]=> Rehearsals are expected to stzart TODAY in London!
=> The Stones will re-release their post-ABKO-catalogue of studio albums on vinyl! Here are the main features of this collection;
=> Recommended read: Mick was interviewed by the Irish Indpendent! Nice interview and a little longer than the average few scentences we usually get - so have a look: independent.ie
=> The Rolling Stones' gigs are supported by 7 acts as warm-up-bands! These are Liam Gallagher (London, May 22), Florence + the Machine (London, May 25), The Vaccines (Southhampton, May 29), The Specials (Coventry, June 02), Richard Ashcroft (Manchester, June 05 & Edinburgh, June 09), Elbow (Cardiff, June 15) and James Bay (Twickenham, June 19). More details at independent.co.uk or thesun.co.uk as well as rollingstones.com of course.
=> Preperations for the tour begin to take shape - booze ban before the opening night! Production manager Dale Skjerseth gave some interviews now that the the tourstart is getting closer. He's cited by papers like The Independent (IE) and The Irish Sun where he said:
"We start rehearsals next week and we are getting ready. It's a big show, we have 25 production trucks and we're around two hundred people touring with the entourage. All the excitement is around the beginning, especially the guys. [...] They're getting ready. They're working out and doing their routines. Band rehearsals go on for two weeks where they will play for a good four or five hours and play many different songs. [...] It will be their longest set because they will try out different things. We figure two hours to two and a half hours".He also said that there will be no booze before the gig. Well - that's good news: the lads are focused and serious about playing Croke Park. But then - they always were, no matter where it was, right? Dale also mentioned that we can expect a longer setlist for the opening night than on the following dates of the tour as the band will try out severaly songs as to how they fit into the setlists - like they did in Hamburg last year.
=> The Stones' Exhibitionism is coming to Nashville! The Rolling Stones Exhibit, delivered by DHL, is now in Nashville, Tennessee, and has opened at the Musicians Hall Of Fame & Museum since March 29, 2018! If you can, go there and get a wiff at this - it's spectacular! More infos: stonesexhibitionism.com, Mick Jagger says Nashville is 'a good fit' for Rolling Stones exhibit (tennessean.com), The Rolling Stones Exhibit hits Nashville (discover.dhl.com)
=> What wonder, Ronnie was in Nashville and met Brad Paisley in the studio there (pics from Instagram, twitter)
Ok, this comes a bit late. But since there are no more news about the possible gigs for Hide Park or anything like a tour in 2012 right now, I thought we could use the occasion and look back over yonder...
Recently, a treasure of photographs were discoverd after photographer Peter Webb's negatives went missing after shooting the Stones for that monster record "Sticky Fingers". Then, out of nowhere, they are re-discovered after a gap of almost 40 years. Let's have a look... oh man, have a look at Keith's eyes ...
