German magazine “Der Spiegel” (‘The Mirror’ hehehe) had an interview with our Mad Lad under the headline “Die Rolling Stones sind unkaputtbar“ (The Rolling Stones are undistroyable”).
There, he is asked “Blue and Lonesome”, the last Stones album, was made up of blues cover songs. Is a completely new work to be expected?“
His answer:
Yes. We are already here. The new album is like a puzzle, we have to put together the missing parts. We hope to release it in 2020 and then continue our world tour.
So, lt’s hope we get the new album before the next tour! So far, it all points towards next year and that’s approaching fast! Me, I just can’t wait for the chill and fever of yet another tour and album! And I bet it’s the same with you!
