Hi. Try just one of so many that I have lost count: ” Street Fighting Man,” Wembley 1973. Then you’ll have a better historical understanding IMO.
Thanks.
Rich
Hi Rich,
not quite sure what you have in mind exactly, but if you are comparing SFM from ’73 with ’24 – that’s ok but what does it tell? Of course it’s different. Depending on personal like or disgust, one might appear better that the other – but that’s normal, or better: natural.
If I compare myself from 1973 to 2024 I notice a lot of differences, but also a lot of things familiar. But was I better in 73 than today? This comparison is partly rediculous, don’t you think?
In any case: some folks really complain that the Stones don’t play like 40 or 50 years ago… that’s ok, but at the same time, a bit out of it all, really …
Cheers,
johannes
