When they played the MSG, Sheryl Crow joined them on stage for Honky Tonk Women. In addition, the release includes previously unreleased performances of ‘Start Me Up’, ‘Tumbling Dice’, ‘Gimme Shelter’ and ‘Sympathy’.
The DVD and BlueRay adds already known documentaries (Tip Of The Tongue) and studio outtakes (‘Well Well’, ‘Extrem Western Grip’) with 4 bonus tracks.

I’m not really an expert when it comes to the detailks of different releases. Apart from what you see above, I don’t know of any more bonus tracks than they listed with the blue ray edition. In case you find any, you’ll be most welcome to place them here with a comment!

Yes, most of the stuff from Live Licks is already known. However, it’s released now on vinyl and I think, it’s also remastered.
As for the ‘letters from fans’ on this site: just read the comments below the articles if there are any.
