It was 1069 when the Stones first played the Park – with Brian’s replacement Mick Taylor as his fist public gig. The show was free back then and so the ausdience counted way up high into the thousands, estimated later between 250,000–500,000 spectators.

Tomorrow, London’s Hyde Park will yet again see The Rolling Stones!

Good news first: the London weather forcast for Saturday tell of a partly cloudy but dry summer day with approximely 20° Celsius – very good conditions for a Rock’n’Roll show!

It’s their turf! The Rolling Stones, in their sixtieth year of playing live will play the Park tomorrow. History in the making. Yes, we are an incredible lucky bunch of fans to witness this outstanding occasion. Who else could tell of such an amzing achievement? Who would have thought it would come to something like this, 60 fucking years before? I’ll repeat it: this is crazy, unbelievable and incedibly awesome!

Oh, and the song vote yet again is off – seems that this feature has seen it’s last days. But we can be sure that we will see an especially appropriate set list when The Stones play their home town tomorrow!

Exciting: The Rolling Stones just announced an additional date: Berlin, August 8, Waldbühne!

1) So this would be the new end of tour show instead of Stockholm! Last time they played the Waldbühne was 2014 – and I was happy enough to have been there…

After much back and forth it is now clear: The Rolling Stones concert in Switzerland will definitely fall through. For the organizer Gadget abc, this means a loss of millions.

Actually, the Stones should have performed last Friday at the Wankdorf Stadium in Bern. But band frontman Mick Jagger (78) fell ill with Corona. According to André Bechir from the concert promoter Gadget abc, the band even extended their tour to give an alternative concert.

Roadies are busy building the stage… “The crew are busy setting up the stage in the glorious Italian sunshine, we can’t wait to see you at San Siro Stadium tomorrow night!“

After bad news comes the good news – Mick is well and the show at Milano will take place as planned!

That’s what the band tweeted just a few hours ago.

As I look for the song vote at RS.com right now, they seem to be at work on this right now, because the date is shown as “January 1, 1970” (the dummy date if you don’t enter any value) and the 4 songs don’t appear

The band has confirmed, that the Amsterdam show is now erscheduled to July 7!

As for the question about to what date the Bern concert would be rescheduled, the announcement read: “We’re working on it and will let you know asap!” (Twitter).

And: the Milan date – is it still confirmed? The answer: “All other dates from next week are scheduled to go ahead as planned, we’ll see you next week“.

So that’s the time table this tour has for the next gigs up to now. The best news is, that Mick’s doing fine and diesn’t seem to suffer a severe course.

Ok, we have seen it coming, but … all the best wishes to Mick! The good news is, that the gig in Milan probably is going to happen!

Folks, what can I say. Dynamite show in Liverpool, really!

It’s just wonderful, insane, crazy, far out, hilarious and jaw-dropping: The Rolling Stones delivered in Liverpool one of the best shows, people have seen. That’s what folks say who have been there and who have seen many shows of this band. And even I (and you), following the streams as they came and were, could tell that this show was right on the spot. The band is in a fine mood and really playing tight, rocking for 2 hours straight. Again: wonderful. How proud we can be, to be fans for 60 years of such an extraordinary phenomenon like The Rolling Stones, fuck yeah.

11 Connection – at the start, Keith had problems with his guitar. So he turns towards Steve, signalling him he has troubles and they should stop and restart the song. But Stve just kept on drumming. Meanwhile, Ronnie realised that there was some things going on. As the drumming kept on, Keith gave in and started to sing the song without playing his guitar while Ronnie covered his ass by trying to play both of their parts at once. Really cute. And one of the essential moments where you see the band staying tight, holding ground while the shit hits the fan. Wonderful. That’s why Keith says after thanking the crows that “Shit happens”…

Sure enough, we are going to follow this show as much as possible, although we’re not actually there. According to tweets, it has stopped raining! Reef rocked nicely, so now all are waiting for the Stones! Still some people are in cue for the LD tickets… curfew is 11PM.

That’s really wonderful: Ronnie is sober and at good health as far as we know. That’s not given for granted if one has faced the things he had. Somebody up there likes him dearly! 🙂
