June 29 – The Rolling Stones play Canada again!
What a joy to see the band playing live and so well the last two gigs. The band’s on fire and athough it’s their 57th year as a band playing live, they sound better than ever. Like in Europe, they mix the guitars way up front, exspecially so on JJF or Street Fighting Man – it just rings in your ear and it comes over really heavy. Old dudes play Rock’nRonn in your face and it’s rough, dirty and loud! – Just as it should!
So let’s get dressed up for tonight and hope for some decent streams to follow the band and the lucky fans at the show!
